Blackcoats are the small but notorious elite of Cypress. They're known for their special talents and privileges that other officers lack.

Most of these characters won't have much relevance to the plot but I felt like drawing some designs anyway C: Still wondering if they look convincingly badass or kind of silly instead

These characters look so interesting! I don't know if it's just the uniforms or what but the style you use here made me first think of the art done by Hiromu Araka (the mangaka for Fullmetal Alchemist) even though the star is more DGM... 'scuse my rambling :B They just look amazing!

I love how different they all are, and how unique. Matters not that the have to wear a uniform, they all look very distinctive.
