I decided to doodle something completely random with Pigma Micron markers. It was fun to do for a change, gotta admit... I have no idea who this is, but he reminds me of the typical nerdy guy inventing weird thingamajigs in a dusty basement. :D
If memory serves kagerou is Japanese for dragonflies, thus the title.

Marker lineart colored with Photoshop, btw.
