I love how, even though they are weak enough to get owned off-panel, the bad guys still get to laugh at the main character's fail.

The city is called Santa Luison? I think it's funny because the name reminded me of San Luis, Arizona.

By the way, this is amazing work and I plan on buying a copy. Quite the unique style you have here.

Hehe, any similarities to real people or places are purely coincidental ;D I just pick some names that sound cool to me. Luison is actually a monster from South American mythology.

Thanks, though! Great to know that you're interested!

Hey, that was pretty well-done! I felt like I was reading a professional manga! From the cover page, I knew that I was going to like this. :) I'm sort of shocked to see that you're doing this just as a hobby...

Anyway, your panels definitely flowed well, and I liked looking at each of them! The perspectives you used were interesting, like in the panel where the guy's hitting Chie with the rolled-up newspaper. The backgrounds were very nice and detailed, too! You hardly left any just white, which I thought was really cool. I also liked how you used screen tones. A lot of mangas I've read overuse them (especially shoujo, ugh), but you definitely didn't. And that leads me to a question: Did you ink this digitally or manually? Besides the tones and lettering, I mean.

You also have an interesting drawing style! It's very detailed! It sort of reminds me of "Mushi-Shi" and "Cowboy Bebop," though that's not why I like it. :) And the character's expressions made me laugh. Great stuff.

The story was interesting, too. I was sort of sad to see it end... But you ended the preview at a good place. We learn just enough about the characters, and that cliffhanger definitely makes the reader want to see more. (I know I want to...) That was good, seeing as you want to sell it.

Again, great manga! I really enjoyed reading it and looking at the artwork. This manga gave me some ideas and I learned a few things for when I make my own in the future.

Thank you for buying the issue, and thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you liked it! <3 But what's so shocking about doing this as a hobby? I thought it's kind of expected, I'm still a student after all...

Everything is inked manually, only the tones and lettering are added in Photoshop.

You plan to draw comics too? That's cool, it's really good news when I manage to inspire other people to draw! I wish luck for your future projects!

Erm, I didn't buy the manga, though I totally would, if I had the money... :(

Uh, what I meant was that you have such great skills at making a manga, I figured that you would call it something more than a "hobby." (Wow, inked by hand? That's really good!) Sorry if I offended you in any way. Or if what I just said didn't make sense...

Yeah, I plan on making a doujin sometime in the near future. This comic was definitely an inspiration! :D And thank you!

Ahaha, sorry, I didn't expect to get such a long comment based on these pages so I assumed you'd read the full version :D But I'm glad you liked the preview though!

I get your point, no offense taken... but this isn't really my job either, so I'd rather call it a hobby. Less pressure that way, too.

Looking forward to seeing your doujin!
